What started as a part-time job to fill some time has turned into 10 years for Chelle Ebner! She has worked at all four branch locations including Zimmerman, Otsego, Main Street in Elk River, and School Street in Elk River.
Throughout that time, Chelle made so many friends and coworkers that have impacted her life! She developed relationships with customers and prides herself in knowing what their needs are. Many customers are like family, and they share their important life events with her. Chelle said, “I feel The Bank of Elk River has a family of employees that enjoy working together and that we all take pride in providing the best customer service while also serving our community.” Chelle stated she works with an incredible team at the School Street branch, but she had to say that if anything is needed from anyone, she feels confident in reaching out to any other location and they are always willing to assist!
“Chelle always puts our customers first and provides excellent service. She is someone who our customers look for when they come into the branch. We are lucky to have her on our School Street team,” said Otsego Branch Manager Shawn Butler.
“Chelle is tenacious, driven, and always thinking of others. Her drive and a passion get the job done. Chelle knows how to connect with customers and exceed their expectations,” said Main Street Branch Manager David Black.
